Have you ever thought:
- I am doing everything they have asked and much more, yet I still haven’t gotten a raise
- Jim got promoted, and he brought in only half the revenue I brought in last quarter
- I am the only reason this project is successful, so why am I always overlooked
- I worked more hours than all my colleagues, yet I received less recognition than any other team member
These are common pain points for women of color in the workplace. Year after year, we see women of color struggle to find other women of color with the shared experience that can help them navigate the workplace. We all need advice and direction on successfully moving forward in our careers from women who have already pierced the proverbial “glass ceiling
The Climb is for women of color who desire managerial, leadership, and even C-Suites positions. We believe that to achieve this level of success in your career, you need a judgment-free zone and trusted community that will embrace you while helping you navigate your highest career goals. You will need the Climb to make the journey.
